I asked suite room.but that is 4th floor. So it was very hard to go up and down.No elevator. And there is no wifi in room, only at reception. So if I want to use laptop, every time I must go up and down from 4th floor.Breakfast was not good,no vegetable.Towel change is every 3 days. It's far from the old town.
A clean and comfortable hotel with a large modern room and bathroom. Relatively quiet in what was otherwise a quite noisy area.
Not sure if this hotel warrants 4 stars. There was no lift and our heavy bags had to be manhandled up the stairs - thankfully only one flight. Breakfast was good.
Very good experience as a whole....The rooms have everything that you would find in a first class five star hotel. Service outstanding and personally provided by the owners of the hotel (a turkish couple). Would go there again for sure.
Due to the Boutique and small nature of the Hotel and the limited staff working there, cleaning the rooms (and the corridors leading to the rooms) is not done early in the morning. It is ok if you go out and come back late but if you stay by the pool, you would expect your room to be cleaned relatively earlier.
Small and quaint hotel. The woman who runs the Villa Princess treated me like a princess, anything and everything she could do for me was on offer. Breakfast was presented well and plenty of it...a nice coffee by simply pressing a button. Couple blocks to the beach, shopping and transportation...it really was a delight and I highly recommend it.
We were very pleased to have this sweet hotel on our 1st trip to Turkey. It was spotless and Yildiz went out of her way to help us in everyway. It was a very pleasant experience. Elizabeth and John Clark
Friendly and helpful reception, good continental breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, and reasonably quiet location.
Small pool, difficult stairs for anyone with mobility problems, and not suitable for small children.
Small hotel, with personalized attention from their owners, clean and comfortable.
Staff incorrectly marked on the map the location of the hotel, which just causes enough problems to return to the hotel
The best thing about the hotel is the Cost. It's really cheap and comfortable. The bathrooms are large and the bedroom itself is quite big. It's located about 5 mins to the beach. Service was great too, the manager helped us with organizing a ham am and arranged transportation for us.
The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept on. That coupled with loud nightclub music didn't give us a good night sleep.
swimming, shopping, sight seeing, visited friends
The breakfast is very minimal, but adequate and tasty
It was cosy, a far cry from the big resorts that Marmaris is full of. It was also close to restaurants and shopping.
Depending on which room you get, could be noisy at night. There's a karaoke lounge nearby.
Friendly staff and nice clean rooms – Great value for money and we would stay here again.
The location was fine but it’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach and +25 mins to the old town. There are a few loud restaurants close by, but that's everywhere in Marmaris…
Was well located, parking was across the road, internet was excellent, all round very good value, clean welcoming hotel and would stay again.
Some minor issues like lighting, had to wait quite long for hot water and balcony door wouldnt open.
the people and the clean rooms. very bright and large rooms
none. it was the best
our room was great, stuff was also nice.It was close to the beach and other facilities..
breakfast was weak
Very friendly staff, cosy atmosphere, well away from the too busy seaside tourist region
